Ehdot ja sopimusehdot – Ruska Laukka

Varaus, sopimus ja maksut
Varaus voidaan tehdä suullisesti tai kirjallisesti, ja se on voimassa varaushetkellä ilmoitetulle henkilömäärälle. Sopimus syntyy, kun asiakas tekee varauksen ja Ruska Laukka vahvistaa sen; tämän jälkeen varaus on sitova molemmille osapuolille. Kaikki Tripadvisorin kautta tehdyt varaukset maksetaan etukäteen varausjärjestelmässä näkyvien maksuehtojen mukaisesti. Yrityksiä ja sopimusasiakkaita voidaan laskuttaa ennakkoon erikseen sovitulla tavalla. Mikäli maksua ei suoriteta eräpäivään mennessä, voidaan periä vuotuista viivästyskorkoa korkolain mukaisesti. Jos maksuehtoja ei noudateta, Ruska Laukalla on oikeus purkaa sopimus ja veloittaa asiakkaalta jo aiheutuneet kustannukset täysimääräisesti.

Vahvistus, turvallisuus ja palveluntarjoajan muutokset
Ruska Laukka pidättää oikeuden muuttaa ohjelman sisältöä, kestoa tai reittiä, mikäli se on tarpeen esimerkiksi vaaratilanteen tai huonojen sääolosuhteiden vuoksi. Asiakkaiden tulee ilmoittaa etukäteen terveydentilaansa liittyvistä riskitekijöistä, joilla voi olla vaikutusta osallistumiseen. Mikäli asiakkaan terveydentila muuttuu ohjelman aikana tai asiakas käyttäytymisellään vaarantaa itsensä tai muut, Ruska Laukalla on oikeus muuttaa ohjelmaa tai poistaa asiakas ryhmästä.
Tallialue ja tilan piha‑alue ovat savuttomia ja päihteettömiä. Henkilökunnalla on oikeus poistaa päihteiden vaikutuksen alainen henkilö tilan alueelta.

Peruutukset ja poikkeustilanteet
Peruutuspäiväksi katsotaan se päivä, jona Ruska Laukka vastaanottaa peruutusilmoituksen. Vahvistetun varauksen peruuntuessa sovelletaan seuraavia ehtoja:
Jos peruutus tehdään alle 3 vuorokautta ennen tapahtuman ajankohtaa, veloitetaan 100% hinnasta.
Jos peruutus tehdään yli 3 vuorokautta mutta alle 50 vuorokautta ennen tapahtuman ajankohtaa, veloitetaan 30% hinnasta.

Mikäli varaus peruuntuu sen vuoksi, että asiakas tai hänen lähiomaisensa äkillisesti sairastuu, joutuu onnettomuuteen tai kuolee, asiakas on oikeutettu saamaan maksamansa hinnan takaisin lukuun ottamatta 30%:a tilatun palvelun kokonaishinnasta. Peruutus on tehtävä välittömästi, ja peruutuksen syystä tulee toimittaa lääkärintodistus tai muu luotettava selvitys. Suosittelemme asiakkaille matkavakuutusta poikkeustilanteiden varalle.

Jos Ruska Laukka joutuu perumaan tai olennaisesti muuttamaan ohjelmaa sääolosuhteiden, turvallisuussyiden tai muiden vaikutusmahdollisuuksiensa ulkopuolisten tekijöiden vuoksi, asiakkaalle tarjotaan ensisijaisesti uutta ajankohtaa tai hyvitys yleisten varausehtojen mukaisesti.

Asiakkaan vastuu
Asiakas vastaa kaikista vahingoista, joita hän aiheuttaa Ruska Laukalle tai kolmansille osapuolille. Asiakas sitoutuu noudattamaan kaikkia ohjeita tallilla ja tilalla liikkuessaan sekä ohjelmien aikana. Asiakas on velvollinen noudattamaan turvallisuus‑ ja erikoisohjeita sekä sovittuja aikatauluja. Mikäli asiakas laiminlyö nämä velvollisuudet, Ruska Laukalla on oikeus veloittaa laiminlyönnistä aiheutuneet kustannukset.

Muut tärkeät tiedot
Ruska Laukka ei ole velvollinen korvaamaan asiakkaalle mahdollisesti aiheutuvaa haittaa tai kuluja, jotka johtuvat luonnonolosuhteista, hyönteisistä, eläimistä tai odottamattomista säänvaihteluista. Yritys pidättää oikeuden muuttaa tai perua ohjelman, jos sääolosuhteet tai muut tekijät aiheuttavat turvallisuusriskin. Ruska Laukka ei vastaa painovirheistä eikä sellaisista muutoksista, jotka ovat tulleet voimaan esitteiden tai verkkosisältöjen julkaisemisen jälkeen.

Ellei ohjelmakuvauksessa toisin mainita, asiakas vastaa itse kuljetuksestaan kokoontumispaikalle ja sieltä pois. Asiakas vastaa siitä, että saapuu sovitulle tapaamispaikalle ohjeistetussa ajassa; myöhästyminen voi johtaa ohjelman lyhentymiseen tai palvelun menettämiseen ilman hyvitystä.

Henkilökohtaiset tavarat, kuten vaatteet, kamerat ja puhelimet, ovat asiakkaan omalla vastuulla; Ruska Laukka ei vastaa tällaisten tavaroiden katoamisesta tai vahingoittumisesta, ellei vahinko johdu yrityksen tuottamuksesta.

Sovellettava laki
Näihin ehtoihin sovelletaan Suomen lakia. Mahdolliset erimielisyydet pyritään ensisijaisesti ratkaisemaan neuvottelemalla asiakkaan ja Ruska Laukan kesken.

Terms and conditions – Ruska Laukka

Bookings, contract and payment
A booking can be made orally or in writing and is valid for the number of participants stated at the time of booking. The contract is concluded when the customer makes a booking and Ruska Laukka confirms it; the booking becomes binding for both parties at that point. All bookings made through Tripadvisor are paid in advance in accordance with the payment terms shown in the booking system. Companies and contract customers can be invoiced in advance as agreed. If payment is not made by the due date, statutory late payment interest may be charged in accordance with the Finnish Interest Act. If the payment terms are not followed, Ruska Laukka has the right to cancel the contract and charge the customer in full for costs already incurred.

Confirmation, safety and changes by the operator
Ruska Laukka reserves the right to change the content, duration or route of a programme if necessary, for example due to dangerous situations or poor weather conditions. Customers must inform us in advance of any health‑related risk factors that may affect participation. If a customer’s health condition changes during the programme, or if a customer endangers themselves or others through their behaviour, Ruska Laukka has the right to change the programme or remove the customer from the group.

Our stable and farm area are smoke‑free and alcohol‑free. Our staff have the right to remove any person under the influence of alcohol or drugs from the premises.

Cancellations and exceptional situations
The date of cancellation is the date on which Ruska Laukka receives the cancellation notice. If a confirmed booking is cancelled, the following terms apply:

If cancelled less than 3 days before the start, 100% of the price will be charged.
If cancelled more than 3 days but less than 50 days before the start, 30% of the price will be charged.
If the booking is cancelled because the customer or their close relative suddenly falls ill, has an accident or dies, the customer is entitled to a refund of the price paid, excluding 30% of the total value of the ordered service. The cancellation must be made immediately, and a medical certificate or other reliable proof of the reason must be provided. We recommend that customers take out travel insurance to cover unexpected situations.

If Ruska Laukka has to cancel or significantly change the programme due to weather conditions, safety reasons or other factors beyond its control, the customer will be offered a new date where possible or a refund in accordance with the general booking terms.

Customer responsibility
The customer is responsible for any damage they cause to Ruska Laukka or to third parties. The customer agrees to follow all instructions when moving in the stable and farm area and during all activities. The customer is obliged to comply with all safety and special instructions as well as the agreed schedule. If the customer neglects these obligations, Ruska Laukka has the right to charge the costs arising from such neglect

Other important information
Ruska Laukka is not obliged to compensate for any inconvenience or costs caused by natural conditions, insects, animals or unexpected weather changes. The company reserves the right to change or cancel a programme if weather conditions or other factors create a safety risk. Ruska Laukka is not responsible for printing errors or changes that occur after the publication of brochures or online material.

Unless otherwise stated in the programme description, customers are responsible for their own transport to and from the meeting place. The customer is responsible for arriving at the agreed meeting point at the instructed time; late arrival may result in a shortened programme or loss of the service without a refund.

Personal belongings, such as clothing, cameras and phones, remain the responsibility of the customer; Ruska Laukka is not liable for loss of or damage to such items unless caused by our negligence.

Governing law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Finland. Any disputes will be first attempted to be resolved amicably between the customer and Ruska Laukka.
