Varaus- ja palveluehdot – Ruska Laukka

Varaus, sopimus ja maksut
Varaus voidaan tehdä suullisesti tai kirjallisesti, ja se on voimassa varaushetkellä ilmoitetulle henkilömäärälle. Sopimus syntyy, kun asiakas tekee varauksen ja Ruska Laukka vahvistaa sen; tämän jälkeen varaus on sitova molemmille osapuolille. Kaikki Tripadvisorin kautta tehdyt varaukset maksetaan etukäteen varausjärjestelmässä näkyvien maksuehtojen mukaisesti. Yrityksiä ja sopimusasiakkaita voidaan laskuttaa ennakkoon erikseen sovitulla tavalla. Mikäli maksua ei suoriteta eräpäivään mennessä, voidaan periä vuotuista viivästyskorkoa korkolain mukaisesti. Jos maksuehtoja ei noudateta, Ruska Laukalla on oikeus purkaa sopimus ja veloittaa asiakkaalta jo aiheutuneet kustannukset täysimääräisesti.

Vahvistus, turvallisuus ja palveluntarjoajan muutokset
Ruska Laukka pidättää oikeuden muuttaa ohjelman sisältöä, kestoa tai reittiä, mikäli se on tarpeen esimerkiksi vaaratilanteen tai huonojen sääolosuhteiden vuoksi. Asiakkaiden tulee ilmoittaa etukäteen terveydentilaansa liittyvistä riskitekijöistä, joilla voi olla vaikutusta osallistumiseen. Mikäli asiakkaan terveydentila muuttuu ohjelman aikana tai asiakas käyttäytymisellään vaarantaa itsensä tai muut, Ruska Laukalla on oikeus muuttaa ohjelmaa tai poistaa asiakas ryhmästä.
Tallialue ja tilan piha‑alue ovat savuttomia ja päihteettömiä. Henkilökunnalla on oikeus poistaa päihteiden vaikutuksen alainen henkilö tilan alueelta.

Peruutukset ja poikkeustilanteet
Peruutuspäivä on päivä, jolloin Ruska Laukka ky on vastaanottanut peruutusilmoituksen. Varaus tulee aina peruuttaa kirjallisesti (kirje tai sähköposti). Palvelumaksu viisikymmentä euroa (50 euroa) veloitetaan tai pidätetään maksusta vahvistetun varauksen peruutuksen yhteydessä.

Vahvistetun varauksen peruutuksen yhteydessä käytettävät ehdot:

• 0- 10 päivää ennen varauksen alkua, veloitetaan 100% varauksen kokonaishinnasta
• 11-21 vrk ennen varauksen alkua, veloitetaan 50% varauksen kokonaishinnasta

Mikäli varaus peruuntuu asiakkaan tai hänen läheisensä äkillisen sairastumisen, tapaturman tai kuoleman johdosta, asiakas on oikeutettu hyvitykseen, jossa veloitetaan 30 % varauksen kokonaishinnasta. Tässä tapauksessa peruutus on tehtävä välittömästi. Lääkärintodistus tai muu laillinen dokumentti peruutuksen syystä tulee lähettää Ruska Laukka ky:lle neljäntoista (14) päivän sisällä varauksen peruutuksen ilmoittamisesta. Peruutus on tehtävä ennen varauksen alkamisajankohtaa. Suosittelemme asiakkaita ottamaan soveltuvan matkavakuutuksen poikkeuksellisia ja force majeure-tilanteita varten.

Jos Ruska Laukka joutuu perumaan tai olennaisesti muuttamaan ohjelmaa sääolosuhteiden, turvallisuussyiden tai muiden vaikutusmahdollisuuksiensa ulkopuolisten tekijöiden vuoksi, asiakkaalle tarjotaan ensisijaisesti uutta ajankohtaa tai hyvitys yleisten varausehtojen mukaisesti.

Asiakkaan vastuu
Asiakas vastaa kaikista vahingoista, joita hän aiheuttaa Ruska Laukalle tai kolmansille osapuolille. Asiakas sitoutuu noudattamaan kaikkia ohjeita tallilla ja tilalla liikkuessaan sekä ohjelmien aikana. Asiakas on velvollinen noudattamaan turvallisuus‑ ja erikoisohjeita sekä sovittuja aikatauluja. Mikäli asiakas laiminlyö nämä velvollisuudet, Ruska Laukalla on oikeus veloittaa laiminlyönnistä aiheutuneet kustannukset.

Muut tärkeät tiedot
Ruska Laukka ei ole velvollinen korvaamaan asiakkaalle mahdollisesti aiheutuvaa haittaa tai kuluja, jotka johtuvat luonnonolosuhteista, hyönteisistä, eläimistä tai odottamattomista säänvaihteluista. Yritys pidättää oikeuden muuttaa tai perua ohjelman, jos sääolosuhteet tai muut tekijät aiheuttavat turvallisuusriskin. Ruska Laukka ei vastaa painovirheistä eikä sellaisista muutoksista, jotka ovat tulleet voimaan esitteiden tai verkkosisältöjen julkaisemisen jälkeen.

Ellei ohjelmakuvauksessa toisin mainita, asiakas vastaa itse kuljetuksestaan kokoontumispaikalle ja sieltä pois. Asiakas vastaa siitä, että saapuu sovitulle tapaamispaikalle ohjeistetussa ajassa; myöhästyminen voi johtaa ohjelman lyhentymiseen tai palvelun menettämiseen ilman hyvitystä.

Henkilökohtaiset tavarat, kuten vaatteet, kamerat ja puhelimet, ovat asiakkaan omalla vastuulla; Ruska Laukka ei vastaa tällaisten tavaroiden katoamisesta tai vahingoittumisesta, ellei vahinko johdu yrityksen tuottamuksesta.

Sovellettava laki
Näihin ehtoihin sovelletaan Suomen lakia. Mahdolliset erimielisyydet pyritään ensisijaisesti ratkaisemaan neuvottelemalla asiakkaan ja Ruska Laukan kesken.

Booking and service terms for Ruska Laukka

Bookings, contract and payment

A booking can be made orally or in writing and is valid for the number of participants stated at the time of booking.

A contract is formed when the customer makes a booking and Ruska Laukka confirms it. From that point, the booking is binding on both parties.

All bookings made through Tripadvisor are paid in advance in accordance with the payment terms shown in the booking system.

Companies and contract customers may be invoiced in advance as separately agreed.

If payment is not made by the due date, statutory late-payment interest may be charged in accordance with the Finnish Interest Act.

If the agreed payment terms are not followed, Ruska Laukka has the right to terminate the contract and charge the customer in full for costs already incurred.

Confirmation, safety and changes by the service provider

Ruska Laukka reserves the right to change the content, duration or route of a programme when necessary, for example because of a safety risk or poor weather conditions.

Customers must inform Ruska Laukka in advance of any health-related risk factors that may affect their participation.

If a customer’s health condition changes during the programme, or if their behaviour creates a risk to themselves or others, Ruska Laukka has the right to change the programme or remove the customer from the group.

The stable area and farmyard are smoke-free and substance-free. Staff have the right to remove a person who is under the influence of alcohol or other intoxicating substances from the premises.

Cancellations and exceptional circumstances

The cancellation date is the date on which Ruska Laukka Ky receives the cancellation notice. Cancellations must always be made in writing, by letter or email. A service fee of EUR 50 will be charged or retained when a confirmed booking is cancelled.

The following cancellation terms apply to confirmed bookings:

• 0–10 days before the start of the booking: 100% of the total booking price will be charged.
• 11–21 days before the start of the booking: 50% of the total booking price will be charged.

If a booking is cancelled due to the sudden illness, accident or death of the customer or a close relative, the customer is entitled to a refund and 30% of the total booking price will be charged. In such cases, the cancellation must be made immediately.

A medical certificate or other official document confirming the reason for cancellation must be sent to Ruska Laukka Ky within fourteen (14) days of notifying us of the cancellation. The cancellation must be made before the scheduled start time of the booking.

We recommend that customers take out suitable travel insurance to cover exceptional circumstances and force majeure events.

Customer responsibilities

The customer is responsible for any damage they cause to Ruska Laukka or to third parties.

The customer agrees to follow all instructions while moving around the stable and farm and while participating in programmes.

The customer is required to follow all safety instructions, special instructions and agreed schedules.

If the customer fails to follow these obligations, Ruska Laukka has the right to charge the customer for any costs resulting from the failure to comply.

Other important information

Ruska Laukka is not responsible for compensating the customer for inconvenience or costs caused by natural conditions, insects, animals or unexpected changes in weather.

Ruska Laukka reserves the right to change or cancel a programme if weather conditions or other factors create a safety risk.

Ruska Laukka is not responsible for printing errors or for changes that have taken effect after brochures or online content have been published.

Unless otherwise stated in the programme description, customers are responsible for their own transportation to and from the meeting place.

Customers are responsible for arriving at the agreed meeting place at the instructed time. Late arrival may result in the programme being shortened or the service being missed without a refund.

Personal belongings, including clothing, cameras and phones, remain the customer’s own responsibility. Ruska Laukka is not liable for the loss of or damage to personal belongings unless the loss or damage is caused by negligence on the part of Ruska Laukka.

Governing law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Finland.

Any disputes will primarily be resolved through negotiation between the customer and Ruska Laukka.
